As some of you know, I had knee surgery last year. Unfortunately this year I injured my 'good knee' playing volleyball and I found myself in increasing pain throughout the entire day. I was ok doing Zumba but I walked liked I had aged 10 years and I was in so much pain at night that I tossed and turned until I was exhausted enough to fall asleep.
I met Cindy in a Proctor Zumba class and she mentioned she did Myofascial Release. I will be honest and say I had not heard of it before and I didn't expect it to help but figured it never hurt to try it. I was so wrong! I may sound like an infomercial but it 'saved' me. I was still sore that night but by the next day I was walking better and felt like I used to feel before knee surgery. I used to be down in the dumps dealing with the pain everyday and I felt like I was given my normal life back.
The first session is a little longer because Cindy will get your health background and then work on your body. After that you can go and have a 'tune up' as needed.
