A ZUMBA CLASS YOU HAVE YET TO EXPERIENCE. WE WILL USE FUN PROPS INCLUDING WRIST BELLS, SHIMMY SKIRTS AND RHYTHM STICKS.
YOGA WITH JUDY
EXPERIENCE SOMA YOGA WHICH USES SLOWER AND SMALLER MOVEMENTS TO RELEASE PENT UP TENSION THAT CAUSES PAIN, STIFFNESS AND LIMITS ENJOYMENT OF OTHER LIFE ACTIVITIES.
ATTENTION WILL BE BROUGHT TO YOUR SHOULDERS, SPINE, HIPS, AND FEET FOLLOWED UP WITH TIME FOR RELAXATION
HEALTHY EATING WITH SUE
LEARN SOME BASIC INFORMATION ON TREATING YOUR BODY WELL BY FEEDING IT WELL. INFORMATION INCLUDES HOW TO GET YOU AND YOUR FAMILY TO DRINK MORE WATER, MAKING SURGARLESS SWEETS AND GAINING KNOWLEDGE ABOUT SUPERFOODS. THERE WILL BE FOOD AND BEVERAGE SAMPLES FOR EVERYONE!
